PUXICO, Mo.-- John "Frank" Cooper, 80, of Festus, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018 in Festus.
A grave side service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Puxico City Cemetery prior to burial. Rev. Ray Placher will officiate. Morgan Sifford Funeral Home of Puxico is in charge of arrangements.
