NEELYVILLE, MO.-- Kenneth Robert Miller, 78, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018 at his home in Paducah, Ky.

Kenneth was born May 2, 1940, in Butler County, Mo.

He grew up in Harviell, Mo. He was a graduate of Neelyville High School and attended College of the Ozarks.

He served in the U.S. Air Force with tours of duty in England and Africa. He retired from UPS in Dallas, Texas, and was the manager of Ship N Post in Lone Oak after moving to Paducah in 1995.

Kenneth was a lifelong Cardinal baseball fan. He enjoyed cooking, genealogy. He devoted his retirement years to the Find A Grave Project and WWII Memorial Registry Project. He created and compiled the pictorial book, Harviell, A Glimpse of a Small Town and its People.

He attended Westminster Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church in Paducah, Ky., where he served with the food project for Paducah Cooperative Ministries.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Hayman-Warbington Dillard Miller; daughters, Angela (Guy) Rouelle of East Calais, Vt.; Melissa (Rob) Marshall of Mineola, Texas; Angela C. Miller of Greenville, Texas; sons, Mark (Martina) Miller of Beale, Calif. and Matthew (Tammy) Miller of Indianapolis, Ind.; stepdaughter, Denise Dillard, of Hendersonville, Tenn.; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Sharon (Garry) Bennett of Irving, Teas; and Marlene Brooks of Poplar Bluff, Mos.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Christine Crunk Miller.

Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. (CST) Friday, Oct. 12 at City Cemetery, Poplar Bluff, Mo. with Rev. Dr. Jenna Goggins and Rev Donnie Fowler officiating. At his request, there will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to Paducah Cooperative Ministries, 402 Legion Drive, Paducah KY 42003, or First Presbyterian Church Building Fund 200 N Seventh Street, Paducah KY 42001.

Fowler and Sons Funeral Home and Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah are in charge of arrangements.
