The Three Rivers Endowment Trust has awarded scholarships to students at Three Rivers College.

These scholarship represents some of the more than $60,000 awarded to students this fall by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust, a 501(c)(3) organization that receives and manages donations on behalf of Three Rivers College. The Endowment Trust provides a mutually beneficial means for individuals and businesses to partner with the College.

Memorial Scholarship

* Subrina Berger of Poplar Bluff. Berger is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a 1986 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. She is married to Christopher Berger. She is the daughter of Glenda Forbes of Collinsville, Ill., and Gerald Robison of Poplar Bluff.

* Crystal Champion of Poplar Bluff. Champion is pursuing a degree in education. She is a 2017 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. She is the daughter of Jeremy and Jamie Champion of Poplar Bluff.

* Emily Joiner of Fisk. Joiner is pursuing a degree in elementary education. She is a 2017 graduate of Twin Rivers High School. She is the daughter of Sherri Joiner of Fisk and Chris Joiner of Poplar Bluff.

* Emily Knoppe of Poplar Bluff. Knoppe is pursuing a degree in elementary education. She is a 2017 graduate of Twin Rivers High School. She is the daughter of Kevin and Stephanie Knoppe of Poplar Bluff.

* Taylor Rice of Poplar Bluff. Rice is pursuing a degree in elementary education. Rice is a 2017 graduate of Twin Rivers High School. Rice's parents are Samantha Porch and Steve Rice of Poplar Bluff.

* Shilo Russell is pursuing a degree in elementary education and is a graduate of Poplar Bluff High School.

* Conner Walker of Malden. Walker is pursuing a degree in elementary education. Walker is a 2016 graduate of Campbell High School. Walker's parents are Brian Walker and Rena Edwards of Campbell.

The Harry & Ida Blue Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students seeking degrees in elementary or secondary education.

Till Family Scholarship

Alexis Campbell, a 2018 graduate of Malden High School, is the daughter of Brian and Megan Campbell of Malden. She is pursuing a degree in Health Sciences.

Shelby Hammond is the daughter of Melanie Burnett and Kenny Burnett of Poplar Bluff. A 2017 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School, she is pursuing a degree in Music Performance at Three Rivers College.

The Till Family Scholarship, established by Dr. and Mrs. Ben Till, is awarded to students enrolled in pre-medical sciences or music courses, based on need and scholastic achievement.

MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

* Tyson Tibbs, a 2017 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School, is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Three Rivers College. He is the son of Brian and Lori Tibbs of Poplar Bluff.

The scholarship is in the memory of Arnold Duncan, who was the COE/MCE coordinator at Poplar Bluff High School for 30 years.

Memorial Scholarship

* Crystal Champion is a 2017 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. Pursuing a degree in education, she is the daughter of Jeremy and Jamie Champion of Poplar Bluff.

* A graduate of Poplar Bluff High School, Shilo Russell is seeking a degree in elementary education.

The scholarship was established by friends and family of the late Sarah White, who died of cancer in 2012, to help her legacy live on. It is awarded annually to a Poplar Bluff High School graduate seeking a degree in education at Three Rivers College.

Joda Bess Scholarship

* Isebelle Hartle, the daughter of Eric and Karen Hartle of Bloomfield, was homeschooled and completed her studies in 2016. She is enrolled in the Practical Nurse Program at Three Rivers.

The Joda Bess Scholarship Fund was named to honor Joda W. Bess, whose family owned and operated Bluff City Beer for many years.

James Kimbrow

Memorial Scholarship

* Amy Ramback of Fisk is a 1993 graduate of Twin Rivers High School. She is studying criminal justice at Three Rivers and is the daughter of Robert and June Churchwell.

* Amber Johnston of Malden is studying criminal justice at Three Rivers.

The scholarship fund is named in honor of longtime law enforcement officer James Kimbrow. Kimbrow was instrumental in the origin of the Three Rivers Citizens Advisory Board, which funded the scholarship. The scholarship fund was a way to honor the late Kimbrow for his service to the county and community.

Richard Thomas

Memorial Scholarship

* Amy Ramback of Fisk, a 1993 graduate of Twin Rivers High School, is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at Three Rivers College.

The scholarship was established in the memory of Richard Thomas by his family and is awarded to a nontraditional student each fall.
