QULIN, Mo. - Dennis "Denny" Barnett, age 66, of Broseley, MO, died Sunday, September 30, 2018 at his residence, in Broseley. Mr. Barnett was born June 22, 1952 in Elgin, IL, son of the late Vernon and Verene (Hill) Barnett. He was a self- employed truck driver and worked for Jr. Boyd at the Campbell Gin and Bunge and enjoyed helping his son farm. He also raised paint quarter horses and enjoyed trail riding and camping. On March 26, 1983 he married Eva Joyce Matchett, She survives. Also surviving are one son: Barry Barnett and wife Cortney of Broseley; two grandchildren: Raylee Marie and Mack Vernon Barnett; two sisters - Donna Garner and husband Clem and Shirley Yarbro and husband Markel both of Poplar Bluff, MO, Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 3 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley.
