Tom Hoover, 76, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018 at Black River Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.
A gathering of friends will be held from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018 at Moore Funeral Service in Poplar Bluff.
