Phillip Ray Frazier, Sr., 56, of Dexter died Friday, July 13, 2018 at the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis.
Visitation was held July 16, 2018 at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter and the funeral service was held July 17, 2018 at the Watkins & Sons Chapel. Bro. Gary Teel of Dexter officiated. Burial followed in the Dexter Cemetery.
