Tracy L. Smith, 49, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Thursday, July 5, 2018 at her residence.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. Saturday July 14, 2018 at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will follow at noon at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ronnie Webb will officiate. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
