The auxiliary wishes to keep the contests a family centered event by setting a dress code.

The dress code is:

No backless dresses that are cut below the waist line.

Slits in the dresses must stop mid-thigh area.

Should a contestant wear an evening dress that does not meet these standards, she will not be allowed to be in the contest. If a contestant has any questions regarding the new policies, she should contact an auxiliary member or bring the dress with her when she registers for the contest.

Contestants may bring dresses 6:30 p.m. on July 17 to the VFW Hall for auxiliary members to view.
