Thurlow "Bud" Webb, age 90, of Poplar Bluff, died Friday, June 22, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Webb was born Feb. 18, 1928 at Poplar Bluff, son of the late Noah Clayton and Nokie Mae Webb. On Sept. 2, 1955 he married Betty L. Cozort. She preceded him in death on March 10, 2016.
He is survived by one daughter: Peggy McDonald and husband Gary of Poplar Bluff; four grandchildren: Greg (Allison) Bell, Jason (Stacie) McDonald, Suzanne (Ryan) Thurman and Sara (Michael) Tidwell; nine great grandchildren: Trevor McDonald, Gracie McDonald, Lee-Michael McDonald, Annalie McDonald, Brandt Bell, Lilibella Tidwell, Blayne Bell, Colt Thurman and Kaislyn Tidwell; one brother: Freddie Webb of Granite City, Ill.; two sisters: Lola Talley of East Peoria, Ill. and Juanita Shourd of Searcy, Ark. He was preceded in death by one son-in-law: Larry Bell and five brothers: Jim, Glenn, Leland, Winfred and Lester Webb.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk, Mo. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Poplar Bluff. Condolences: www.whitesandersfuneralhome.com
