NEELYVILLE, Mo. -- Billie Jo (Talley) Stamps, 38, of Harviell, Mo., passed away May 3, 2018, in St. Louis, Mo.
She was born June 5, 1979, in Poplar Bluff, Mo., to the late Dennis Talley and Ica Denise Smith Talley. Billie graduated from Poplar Bluff High School and enjoyed sewing, quilting, fishing and canning.
On July 10, 2009, she was married to Bobby Stamps. He survives.
Also surviving are two children, Carson James Talley and Kimberly Raye Talley, both of Corning, Ark.; one sister, Teri Starks and Richard Dunivan of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; one brother D. J. Ellis and wife, Jamie, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., several nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville, followed by the funeral at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Herb Ellis officiating.
