Douglas Gene Redwine, 55, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at his home.
He was born Dec. 18, 1962 in Denver, Colo. Douglas worked as a die-caster for Briggs and Stratton.
He was a member of American Legion Post 1000 and a veteran of the United States Navy. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and working on automobiles. He was a member of Westwood Baptist Church.
On June 30, 2012 he married Edith Redwine in Poplar Bluff, she survives.
Also surviving are; mother, Lee Groves; stepfather, Don Groves; daughter, Nicole Miller; two sons, Britt Yates, Nathan Hastings; two sisters, Debbie Davis (Paul), Tammy Lloyd (Jonathan); brother, Roger Redwine; granddaughter, Paris; and grandson, Rome.
He was preceded in death by father, Bill Redwine.
Visitation will be from 2 - 3 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2018, at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, Poplar Bluff followed by funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home with Rev. Tim Freeman Jr. officiating.
