NEELYVILLE, Mo. -- Bill J. West, 84, of Harviell, Mo., died Thursday, March 22, 2018 at his home.
Mr. West was born March 16, 1934, at Neelyville, Mo. He formerly lived in Chicago Heights and Nashville. His hobbies were watching T.V., camping, boating and mowing. He married Martha Wolverton May 24, 1952 in Pocahontas, Ark. and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Bill G. West and wife, Mary, of Harviell and Randy West and wife, Elizabeth, of Huntsville, Ala.; two sisters, Norma Turner and Emma Brooks, both of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; three brothers, Bobby West of Galesburg, Ill, Malvin West of Rockford, Ill., and Marion West of Kentucky; and grandchildren, Lea Christian and husband, Matt, Laurie Thompson and husband, Virgil, Jennifer and Sabrina; and great-grandchildren, Jessica, Zachary, Tyler and Cole.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur J. West and Sina Myers West; one sister, Rema Warren; and one brother, Leon West.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville followed at 2 p.m. by the funeral in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery, Corning, Ark.
