Contracts awarded by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission include pavement improvements, scour repairs, and bridge replacements in Stoddard County
A $2,410,890 contract was awarded to Apex Paving Co., for pavement improvements on the following routes:
Business 60 from Route AD to Route 25 in Stoddard County;
Route Y from 2.3 miles east of Route 25 in Stoddard County to Route 61 in Scott County, and;
Route AA from Route 25 North to Route 25 South in Stoddard County.
Included in a $489,004 contract awarded to Kinder Brothers Excavating, Inc., for bridge scour repairs on the Route 60 bridge over the Saint Francis River in Butler and Stoddard counties.
Additional information, regarding timelines and impacts to traffic, will be released prior to the start of construction.
Work zones will be marked with signs as work is underway. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling in these areas and plan for possible delays. MoDOT will alert drivers prior to any changes in traffic.
