NEELYVILLE, Mo. -- Gary David "Cork" Hogue, 75, died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family.

Born June 16, 1942 in St, Louis to Anna (Hardin) Hogue and Luther Lee Hogue, Gary was a veteran of the United States Navy, and a life long truck driver. On Sept. 23, 1972 he married Karen Craycraft in Granite City, Ill. She survives her husband in Poplar Bluff, Mo. Also surviving are two daughters, Kim McMullin and husband, Mark, of Poplar Bluff and Stacy McElhaney and husband Robert of Harviell. Mr, Hogue is survived by grandchildren Matthias (Gabby) Turner, Eric (Angela) Turner, Randy White, Gary Merriman, Jr., Cori (Trey) Ruprecht, Trevor Mcelhaney, Alan McElhaney and Charles Mcelhaney. Great-Grandchildren are Kandace, Peyton, Dallas, Trinity, Michelle, Max and Miles. His sister-in-law, Debbie Lade (Larry) also survives.

He is survived by very special nieces and nephews, Jerry and Mike Langley, Pat Austill, Sherry Cozart and Brenda Rice.

Preceding him in death were his parents, his brother, Roger "Butch" Hogue, step-sister Lee Lumpkins and daughter, Michelle Turner.

Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 12 at 5 p.m. at Fowler and Sons Funeral Home in Neelyvillle, Mo, with memorial service following at 6 p.m.
