POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Martha Ann Scarlet, age 66, of Qulin, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 19, 2018 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
Mrs. Scarlet was born Wednesday, Dec. 26, 1951 in Poplar Bluff, Mo. She was formerly married to Raymond Neeley Sr. and Joseph Scarlet, both who preceded her in death. She is survived by: three daughters: Angie Kiper of Qulin, Dorthy Neeley of Poplar Bluff, and Carrie Valdez of Springfield, Mo.; two sons: Raymond Neeley of Gaylord, Mich., and Daryl Scarlet of Poplar Bluff; two step children: Gary Scarlet and Kimberly Scarlet both of Poplar Bluff; 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and seven brothers.
