Carroll Sue Belt, 86, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018 at Oakdale Care Center.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at Westwood Baptist Church with the funeral service following at 10 a.m. Dr. Steve Proctor will officiate. Burial will follow at City Cemetery.
A completed obituary will be placed at a later date.
