PIEDMONT, Mo. -- Debra Kay Wicker, 60, of Piedmont, Mo., died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018, at her residence.
There will be a memorial visitation from 12:30-1 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont. Memorial services will follow at 1 p.m., also at the chapel.
