Our father Chester E. Hardin, passed away on Dec. 9, 2017 at his home in Park Forest, Ill. with his family. He was 78 years old.
There were no funeral services at that time, so we are having a short gravesite memorial service with his family and friends on Jan. 13, 2018 at noon in Ashcraft Cemetery.
He leaves behind three children; Butch Hardin, Paula Beck and Gina Anderson, two brothers; Tommy Hardin and Melvin Hardin. He also leaves behind his spouse of many years and four stepchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother; Kenneth Hardin and a sister Thelma Crigger.
