POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. - Leo Melvin Foust, 95, of Poplar Bluff passed away Dec. 6, 2017 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Foust was born Sept. 12, 1922 in Coon Island.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in World War II. He enjoyed working outdoors and on the golf course. He worked in metal aircraft production.

In June 1961 he married Patricia (Eye) Foust. She survives. Also surviving are children, Linda (W. Morris) Taylor, Carolyn (Paul) Wondell, Marilyn Maze, Cindy (Jeff) Keran, Brian Foust; brother, Bobby Foust, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mr. Foust was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy Foust, Audra (Knight) Foust, sisters, Paulene Foust, Thelma Hagger and Alma Ethridge.

There will be a visitation 10 a.m. Saturday. Dec. 9, 2017 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home. Then a graveside funeral to follow at 11 a.m. in Hvam Cemetery in Butler County with Ron Fowler officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 9370 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, Mo., 63132.
