St. Anne's 95th Bazaar will be Saturday, Nov. 4, and Sunday, Nov. 5.

The 95th annual St. Anne's Bazaar will be held Saturday, Nov. 4 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sacred Heart Parish Center at Eighth and Vine streets. Please use the Vine street ramp entrance.

On Saturday, early shoppers may enjoy Nancy Doran's cinnamon rolls served along with milk or coffee from 7:30 to 10 a.m. chaired by Linda Hurst. The Bakery Booth chaired by Janet Knoppe will include homemade pies, cakes, cookies, brownies and desserts prepared by parishioners. The homemade bread baked by descendants of Bertha Walz and friends will be available at the Bakery Booth.

This year the Christmas Shop and Arts & Crafts Booths feature door hangers, Pallet yard decorations, wreaths, table top settings, and more. The Sewing Booth offers many sewn, knitted, crocheted and embroidered items, such as quilts of several sizes, pillows, pillow cases, aprons, stuffed animals, baby items, Afghans, and more. The This & That Gift Booth chaired by Mary Farris offers quality items. The Country Store chaired by Doran will include home canned jellies, pickles, pickled okra, relishes, etc. and houseplants. Come find that special trinket in the Jewelry Booth chaired by Trudy Duncan. A large White Elephant booth where you will find something for everyone is chaired by Monietta Wilkerson. Don't forget to order Christmas Candy from Betty Shelton's booth where you can taste it before you order it. The orders will be ready mid-December for gift giving.

Hungry shoppers may enjoy lunch Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch prepared by a crew led by Nancy Simmons. This year we're featuring turkey bacon and Rueben Paninis and gourmet salads. The menu also includes traditional chili, hotdogs, chili dogs, broccoli soup, desserts, and drinks.

The Bazaar will close at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. There will be four drawings for an embroidered king quilt, baby quilt, a Yeti Hopper TWO 20 cooler, and a crocheted afghan by buying just one chance. Winners don't need to be present to win for the drawings at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
