POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Lloyd E. Baldridge, 78, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Friday, Oct. 27, 2017 at St. Francis Medical Center, in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Mr. Baldridge was born Feb. 12, 1939 in Fisk, Mo., to the late Aden and Nellie Baldridge. He had worked at Rowe Furniture for several years. He enjoyed sports and enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids play ball along with being a Cardinal Baseball fan and a fan of Three Rivers Raiders. He also enjoyed fishing. He attends the First Baptist Church.
On Feb. 15, 1959 he married Imogene Jewell at Agee Methodist Church. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters: Regina Gray and husband Chan and Laura Willard and husband Rick all of Poplar Bluff; four grandchildren: Jeremiah Gray, Sarah Marshall, Gabrielle Thresher and Ricky Willard and eight great-grandchildren: Bre and Aiden Thresher, Wyatt Pruett, Brody Willard, Hunter and Kayla Gray and Cash and Ryland Marshall.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. in the church with Rev. Don Black officiating. Condolences: www.whitesandersfuneralhome.com
