Jacob and Chantel Bates of Puxico, Mo. announce the birth of their son, Kingston Edward Bates.
Kingston arrived at 4:01 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 2, 2017 at Southeast Hospital, Cape Girardeau, Mo. He weighed 9 lbs. 15 oz. and measured 21 1/2 inches in length.
Maternal grandparents are Linda and Randy King of Puxico and John Crowley of Ellsinore, Mo. Paternal grandparents are Edward Bates and Cynthia Bates, both of Puxico.
Maternal great-grandmother is Juanita King, Poplar Bluff, Mo. Paternal Great-grandmother is Shirley Hawkins of Flint, Mich. Paternal great-grandfather is Don Bates of Wappapello, Mo.
