Misty Lea Tibbs and Carl Lamont Butler of Poplar Bluff have chosen the name Mia Angelia Butler for their 7-pound, 9-ounce daughter born at 1:03 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at Saint Francis Medical Center's Family BirthPlace in Cape Girardeau. Mia was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Angie Tibbs, Jerry Tibbs, both of Poplar Bluff, and Mattie Dabbs, of Chicago, Ill.
