WAPPAPELLO, Mo. -- Donnie James Crawford, 56, of Wappapello, passed away Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017 in Stoddard County.
Donnie, the son of the late Lloyd and Opal (Stamps) Crawford, was born July 29, 1961 in Kennett. He retired after many years as a miner. Donnie was a member of the V.F.W. and Eagle's Lodge at Wappapello and he also was a member of the Eagle's Riders. He enjoyed spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle and fishing.
On Dec. 31, 1993, he married Tammie Harbison in Ironton. She survives.
Other survivors include two children: Travis Martin and Heather Crawford of Wappapello; three grandchildren: Madison Martin, Wyatt Crazy James Martin and Kevin Kennedy; a sister, Joan Odom of Kennett; and four brothers: Billy Crawford of Kennett, Randy Crawford and Steve Crawford of Wappapello and Danny Crawford also of Kennett.
A brother, Gary Crawford, Sr. and two sisters, Sharon K. Kearbey and Beverly Ann Banks also preceded Donnie in death.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Wappapello Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Wappapello funeral chapel.
