FISK, Mo.-- Mary Caudel Scheuerman, 92, of Oakland City, Ind., died Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Amber Manor Care Center in St. Petersburg, Ind.
Born on Oct. 31, 1924 in Fisk, she was the daughter of the late William and Lillian Dugger and had lived in Southeast Missouri most of her life. She moved to Indiana in 1999. Mrs. Scheuerman was of the General Baptist Faith. She retired from the nursing profession in 1988.
Survivors include one daughter: Beth Barber and husband Ray of Oakland City; three brothers: John Dugger of Fisk, Mo., David Dugger, of Broseley, Mo., Carl, Dugger of Dudley, Mo.; four grandchildren: Caroline, Scott, Scarlet and Charity; 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: Glen Dale "Red" Caudel and M.J. Scheuerman, three sons: Frankie, Jim and Bill and one grandson Richard.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2017 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. The funeral will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Calvin Buhler officiating. Burial will be in Shain Memorial Cemetery in Fisk, Mo.
