QULIN, Mo. -- James "Pepper" Rhodes, 80, of Broseley, died Monday, June 12, 2017 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at White-Sanders Funeral Home, Qulin. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jared Hancock officiating. Burial will be in Corning City Cemetery at Corning, Ark.
