MALDEN, Mo. -- Bob L. Batchelor, 82, of Malden, died Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Southeast Healthcare in Dexter. He was born Aug. 6, 1934 to the late Archie and Maud Forbes Batchelor in Kennett.
Mr. Batchelor was a policeman and a merchant owner prior to his retirement.
He married Wilma J. Kegley Batchelor, Oct. 26, 1963 in Malden. She survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Terri Lay of St. Charles, Mo., and a twin brother, Bill Batchelor of Malden; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Archie, Jr., John, Raymond and Bueford Batchelor and two sisters; Dorothy Davis and Daphna Allen.
Visitation will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 27, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Services will follow at 1 p.m., with Mr. James Powell officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden with military rites.
