Herschel Phillip Stephens, 41, of Advance, Mo. passed away at his home with his wife Andrea Carlisle Stephens, 43, on Monday, March 20, 2017.
Herschel was born Feb. 29, 1976, in Idabell, Okla.
He was the son of Bonnie Vent of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Phillip Stephens Sr. of Broken Bow, Okla.
He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Nick James, Darla and Adolfo Padron, Peggy and Jimmy Fowler, Phileatha Stephens and Bonita and Gerald Lewis; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Jennifer Crider, John Crider, Phillip Stephens II, Phillip Floyd and Julie Stephens and Mark Phillip Stephens.
He was proceeded in death by sister, Thania Lorene Crider; and grandparents, Herschel and Lillian Stephens and Vearnies Lumpston and John Tharp.
Hershel made his family and friends laugh daily with his witty sense of humor. His past times that he enjoyed were singing, playing golf and pool. He also enjoyed watching the World Golf tour. He will be forever missed.
The memorial service will be from 1-5 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at the Puxico City Hall in the banquet room. Everyone is welcome to come.
