Fisk library boards says 'Thank You'

The Fisk Community Library Board would like to thank everyone who donated, volunteered and purchased items at our annual rummage sale July 10-12th. We also want to thank the City of Fisk for its continued support providing space and utilities.

The library continues to be operated by volunteers and provides service to the city and surrounding community. Large print best sellers, pocket books, children and audio books are available to check out for free! Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

With an annual operating budget of $6100 the library purchases book requests, maintains computer equipment and provides a small stipend for two librarian's expenses. All income is received from donations and the proceeds from the annual sale. This year's sale yielded $2105.85.
