An Ellsinore man will be driving around in style after his name was drawn as the grand-prize winner in the Missouri Lottery's third and final Cadillac Riches promotional drawing.
Ray Catlett's name was drawn to receive a brand new Cadillac Escalade or its cash equivalent of $67,450.
The Lottery will pay state and federal withholding taxes on all vehicle prizes.
