GIDEON, MO. -- Margaret Ogden, 80, of Gideon, Mo., died Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, at the Gideon Care Center.
Mrs. Ogden was born Oct. 3, 1931, in Malden, Mo. She was a homemaker.
She was married to Luther William Ogden in 1957 in Hernando, Miss. He preceded her in death June 6, 2003.
Survivors include three sons, Earnest Vandiver of Quinlan, Texas, Gerald Vandiver of Cape Girardeau, Mo. and Luther Ogden Jr. of Gideon, Mo.; two daughters, Patsy Ogden and Nina Ogden, both of Malden, Mo. She also raised Steven Ray Craig of Doniphan, Mo., and Berlinda Kaye Correll of Quartzsite, Ariz., and has eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at noon Monday at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Gideon with the funeral beginning at 1 p.m. in the chapel. The Rev. Cleo Payne will officiate. Burial will be in the Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton, Mo.
