Shelby Sievers scored Poplar Bluff's lone goal in a 9-1 loss to top-seeded Northwest in the MSHSAA Class 4 District 1 semifinal at Mules Stadium.
The Mules finished the season 7-17.
Northwest (15-8-1) will face Jackson (16-4) at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday at Mules Stadium for the title.
Northwest's Brea Griffonetti earned a hat trick against Poplar Bluff while Meghan Pemberton added a pair of goals for the Lions.
Sievers, who led the team in saves as goalie, scored her fourth goal of the season with an assist by Zoe Savat.
Sophie Rowland finished the season as the team leader in goals (12) and assists (8).
The Mules will lose six seniors -- Jordynn Caldwell, Valeria Palma-Ramirez, Neida Grimaldo, Shelbey Johnson and Sievers.
GOLF
The Bloomfield Wildcats sit in second place after the first round of the MSHSAA Class 1 Boys Golf State Championship after posting 349 at Rivercut Golf Course in Springfield.
The Wildcats are nine strokes behind leader Gallatin and one stroke ahead of third-place Westran.
Bloomfield's Holden Duckworth is second individually, four strokes behind leader Jett Simmons, of Gallatin, who shot a 1-under 71.
Peyton Bell is 15th with 83. Dustin Debeaux is tied for 32nd with 90. Levi Clary is tied for 68th with 101, and Brant Hobbs is tied for 76th with 107.
Spencer Warren, of Dexter, was competing in the Class 3 Boys Golf State Championship on Monday at Old Kinderhook Golf Course in Camdenton where play was suspended because of weather.
The players will return to the course at 8 a.m. Tuesday to complete the first round with the second round to start around 10 a.m.

Jade McGowan blasted the go-ahead three-run homer Monday, and the second-seeded Bernie Mules beat Senath-Hornersville 10-2 in the semifinals of the MSHSAA Class 2 District 1 Baseball Tournament at Bernie.
The score was tied at 2 entering the sixth inning where the Mules posted eight runs to advance to Tuesday's championship game.
Nate Dillinger drew a leadoff walk, and Weston Comstock singled in front of McGowan's homer to center field.
Weston Zoll added a run-scoring single, and Wyatt Barnett smacked a grand slam to cap the inning.
Barnett finished with a team-high two hits, as part of Bernie's seven-hit attack.
Gavin Brown was the winning pitcher, yielding two runs (one earned) on four hits with five strikeouts and no walks in seven innings.
The Mules (16-5) will host top-seeded South Pemiscot in the title game at 4 p.m. today at Bernie. South Pemiscot beat Campbell 1-0 in nine innings in the other semifinal.

Chase Sarabia had a walk-off single to score Jordan Cook, who had an RBI triple with nobody out to tie the game.
Van Buren took a 6-5 lead in the top of the seventh after Jacob Brown had a two-run double with two outs, and Jacob O'Dell scored on an error.
Jordan Cook pitched a complete-game win for the Eagles (8-8), who will face top-seed Neelyville (15-6) in the MSHSAA Class 2 District 2 quarterfinals.
Cook allowed 10 hits and three walks with four strikeouts.
Sarabia and Chance Smith each scored twice for Na7lor. Sarabia also was 3 for 4 with a triple and two RBIs.
Steven Simmons was 3 for 4 with a run for Van Buren (8-11), which won the district last year. Ethan Ponder was 2 for 4 with a home run and two RBIs.
