The Poplar Bluff Lady Mules dominated Jackson with a 110-60 victory, securing multiple relay wins and individual titles in their latest swim meet. They gear up for the Ozark Invitational next.

The Poplar Bluff Lady Mules swimming and diving team kicked off the new year in strong fashion on Tuesday with a 110-60 win over Jackson at the Black River Coliseum swimming pool.

Poplar Bluff swam its way to several first-place finishes, including a trio of relay titles.

Gabriell Balz, Maclaren Moore, Keira Willis and Kinsley Gibbs won the 200-yard medley relay, while the team of Willis, Scott, Gibbs and Lily Gregory did the same in the 200-yard freestyle relay and the team of Moore, Gracie Brown, Kate Scott and Gregory also won the 400-yard freestyle relay.

Individually, Gibbs won the 50-yard freestyle, while Samiya Anders won the 100-yard breaststroke, Gregory won the 200-yard freestyle, Moore won the 200-yard intermediate medley and Brown won the 500-yard freestyle.

The Lady Mules are slated to compete at the Ozark Invitational Friday and Saturday and will be back home again next Tuesday when they host West Plains and Farmington.
