St. Jude Shoot

If you’re a bowhunter or simply interested in archery, Saturday is the day of the St. Jude 3-D shoot in Poplar Bluff, a joint venture between the Poplar Bluff Heroes team and the Indian Creek Bowhunters.

Shooting will begin at 8 a.m., and you can register and start the 20-target course up until 1 p.m.

There will be several novelty shots set up, including the popular long shot, where you can win $500 cash, and a youth archery clinic will be held.

The cost to shoot in the event will be $15 per person.

To get to the event, take Highway NN north from Business Highway 60 on Poplar Bluff’s east side, go north to County Road 546 and turn right. From there, go about one mile to the archery range.
