The Dexter Bearcats won five events and placed second in the girls division of the Simpson Relays track and field meet Friday at Farmington.
The Bearcats amassed 97.5 points, finishing 25 behind first-place Jefferson, of Festus.
Dexter's boys finished 10th in the 12-team meet with 30 points. Fox, of Arnold, won with 125.
Hannah Moore won the long jump (16 feet, 1 1/2 inches) and the 400 (1 minute, 1.01 seconds).
Rhylan Hillis, Emily Ladd, Margo Nea and Moore won the 4x800 (10:28.09).
Hillis, Blair Rogers, Alexa Werneck and Amber Cage won the 4x100 (53.85 seconds).
Madelyn Webb won the shot put (34-6) and was second in the discus (99-4).
Ladd was second in the 800 (2:36.4) and the 1600 (5:49.85). Hillis was second in the triple jump (32-0).
Nea was third in the 1600 (5:52.52). Cage was fifth in the 200 (29.14), and Werneck was fifth in the high jump (4-6).
Paige Moore, Werneck, Rogers and Cage were seventh in the 4x200 (2:00.33).
Trevor McDonald, Seth Rogers, Cole Barker and Andrew Soule earned the boys' top finish, placing third in the 4x200 (1:36.62).
Andrew Williams was fourth in the high jump (5-8). Rogers was fifth in the 100 (11.92).
Dawson Kasting, Coby Powers, Lucas Goodrich and Carter Dorton were fifth in the 4x800 (9:19.53)
Austin Guy was sixth in the high jump (5-8). Kasting was seventh in the triple jump (37-4). McDonald was seventh in the long jump (18-6 1/2). Brock Simmons was seventh in the shot put (40-2 1/2)
Andrew Soule, Cole Barker, Rogers and McDonald were seventh in the 4x100 (46.52).
