MALDEN -- The Green Wave scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to get the 6-5 win and hand Bernie its first loss.
Wade King had the walk-off double to score both runs for Malden (7-7).
Connor Murphy got the win in relief. He pitched two scoreless innings and allowed two hits and a walk with two strikeouts.
Gavin Brown took the loss for Bernie (12-1) after pitching 1 2/3 and allowing two hits, two runs and a walk with two strikeouts.

Alex Guzman pitched 6 1/3 innings and stuck out eight against eight hits and three walks for the Mules. Dalton Hobgood allowed a hit with a strikeout in the save for Bernie (11-0).
Hobood and Gavin Brown both had three hits, and Hobgood drove in two runs, as well.

Dalton Hobgood went 2 for 4 with three RBis for the Mules (12-0). Jayce Burk and Corbin Hunt each drove in two runs. Weston Comstock was 2 for 3 with two runs scored.
Malden 11,
Bloomfield 10
Malden scored the go-ahead run on a wild pitch in the bottom of the sixth inning, then held off Bloomfield for the 11-10 win on Friday.
Both teams finished with 11 hits in the back and forth game.
While Bloomfield (7-6-1) scored in five different innings, Malden (6-7) bunched its production with four runs in the third and six runs in the bottom of the fifth to tie the game.

Dalton Phillips and Alex Gibbs scored for the Wildcats on Friday. Bloomfield (7-5-1), which used four pitchers in the game, gave up eight runs in the top of the seventh inning.
Senath-Hornersville 6, Bloomfield 2
The Wildcats gave up four runs in the fifth to lose a late lead Saturday. Tre Jones went 2 for 3 with two RBIs for Bloomfield (7-7-1). Timmy Hector and Ethan Hutchison scored. Jacob Hector pitched 6 1/3 innings in the loss. He allowed six hits, six runs and two walks with one strikeout. Three runs were earned.

Timmy Hector drove in four runs off three hits for the Wildcats (7-8-1) on Saturday in a five-inning loss. Jacob Hector and Alex Gibbs scored twice.

Jalynn Morgan allowed six hits and a walk with nine strikeouts in the complete game win for the Lady Dawgs (9-1).
Jenny Morey stole four bases and was 1 for 3 with a walk and two runs. Kiley Staley stole three bases and scored once. Hannah Truncone and Courtney Tripp both went 2 for 3 with two runs. Summer Shockley and Lanae Flowers also had two hits each.
