To the Editor,
Missouri has no statewide mask mandate at the time I am writing this.
Arkansas does.
I have a suggestion to those who are courteous and smart enough to always wear a mask in public: go to Arkansas to do all your shopping. This is assuming merchants are enforcing Piggott and Corning, (which) are just about a half hour’s drive.
For those of you who think it’s fine to go without a mask or wear one to be a bench for your boogers, think of this: you may have the virus and not know it. You may infect a host of others. If one of them dies, it certainly resembles manslaughter. You may not have a malicious intent but the person dies from your stupidity, stubbornness and conceit. You are rude. You are a public danger. You are not cute. You are not the only child who is uncomfortable.
I am embarrassed our governor is not leading wisely.
