William Carlton Scaggs, 75, of Williamsville, Missouri passed away on Sept. 17, 2021 at St Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
William was born on March 4, 1946 to Claude and Evonne Gertrude (Hafer) Scaggs in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
William is survived by son, Tony Scaggs, sisters: Carolyn Smith, Sheila Hicks, Mary Lee, brother, Marlin Claude Scaggs, grandson, Timothy Koh Scaggs, granddaughter, Victoria Yuki Scaggs, and grandson, Edward Koji Scaggs.
William was preceded in death by his wife Debbie, parents and son Andy Scaggs.
Per his request there will be no services.
