ELLSINORE —William ‘Bill’ Richard ‘Dick’ Shoat, 86, of Ellsinore, died Nov. 11, 2019 at ClaRu Deville Nursing Center in Fredericktown, Mo.
Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19 at the McSpadden Funeral Home in Ellsinore. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Crowley and Rev. Tony Bales officiating. Burial will be in the Kearbey Cemetery in Ellsinore.
