PIEDMONT, Mo. -- Walter F. Howard, 70, of Annapolis, died Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, at the Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis.
Visitation will be from 6 -8 p.m., Wednesday, at the Morrison-Worley Funeral Chapel in Piedmont. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, at the First Church of Nazarene in Annapolis. Burial will be in the Annapolis Cemetery.
