Vera Arnold

FISK, Mo. - Vera Mae “Billie” Arnold, 81, of Broseley, Missouri, died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020 at Washington County Memorial Hospital, in Potosi, Misssouri.

Mrs. Arnold was born Jan. 18, 1939 in Qulin, Missouri to the late Otis Cunningham and Flossie Verda Goodman. In November of 1954 she married Loyd Arnold. He preceded her in death Jan. 5, 2020.

She is survived by one daughter: Jacqueline Arnold of Broseley; one son: Rodney Arnold and wife, Jill, of Mineral Point, Missouri; five grandchildren: Summer Phillips and husband, Lucas, of Osage Beach, Missouri, Eric Helm and wife Jamie of Puxico, Missouri, Amber Peacock of Fisk, Garrett Arnold of Farmington, Missouri, and Megan Huerta and husband Jordan of Mineral Point, Missouri; eight great-grandchildren: Paige Davis, Bryson Helm, Samson Helm, Deborah Helm, Dawson Helm, Kayden Peacock, Grayson Snyder and Bryleigh Peacock; two sisters: Genevieve “Johnnie” Bernal of Poplar Bluff and Patricia Krapf of Farmington; and one brother: Kenneth Bagwell of Salem, South Carolina. She was also preceded in death by one sister: Shirley Walden.

Visitation will be from 10 - 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 1,2020 at White-Sanders Funeral Home, Fisk. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Brown Chapel Cemetery in Broseley with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating.
