Velma Lois (Tucker) Foster, 78, former resident of Wappapello, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017 at the Ridgeview Living Community Center in Malden.
Services were held Dec. 19, 2017 at the Northside Baptist Church in Bernie, Missouri. Rev. Lee Wood and Rev. Ralph Stocks officiated. Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home of Bernie in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe made to Bernie Baseball Boosters or Preferred Hospice.
