ELLSINORE, Mo. - Velma Edna Howell, 97, of Ellsinore, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2018 at The Manor in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m., Wed., October 3 at the McSpadden Funeral Home in Ellsinore. A Committal Service will follow at 3 p.m. in the Carson Hill Cemetery in Ellsinore with Rev. Scott Reynolds officiating.
