Thomas ‘Tom’ Ray Huff, 62, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed Thursday, May 14, 2020, in Poplar Bluff. Tom was born on May 25, 1957 to Orville and Margie Baker Huff, in Poplar Bluff. He married Barbara Ann Bates Oct. 14, 2010, in Piggott, Ark. He was an active member of Highland Church of Christ. ...

Thomas ‘Tom’ Ray Huff, 62, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed Thursday, May 14, 2020, in Poplar Bluff.

Tom was born on May 25, 1957 to Orville and Margie Baker Huff, in Poplar Bluff. He married Barbara Ann Bates Oct. 14, 2010, in Piggott, Ark.

He was an active member of Highland Church of Christ. Tom was a member of Poplar Bluff Masonic Lodge #209 and served in the United States Air Force. He retired from Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center as a Registered Respiratory Therapist after 38 years of service. Tom enjoyed spending time with his family and playing the guitar.

Tom is survived by his wife Barbara Huff, his mother Margie Huff Wells, both of Poplar Bluff; and a brother Randal Huff and his wife Vicki, of St. James, Mo.

Thomas was preceded by his father Orville Huff and stepfather Francis L. Wells.

Services were held May 16, 2020 at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. A private burial was held May 20th, 2020 at the Missouri State Veteran Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo.

Tom’s wife, mother and brother would like to thank everyone for their loving support. He will be missed!
