NEELYVILLE, Mo. - Tammie Denise Deckard, 52, of Poplar Bluff, died Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 at her residence. Ms. Deckard was born Oct. 30, 1965 in Kennett, Mo. and was a lifelong resident of Butler County. She previously worked on the assembly line at the Briggs & Stratton plant in Poplar Bluff. NEELYVILLE, Mo. - Tammie Denise Deckard, 52, of Poplar Bluff, died Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 at her residence. Ms. Deckard was born Oct. 30, 1965 in Kennett, Mo. and was a lifelong resident of Butler County. She previously worked on the assembly line at the Briggs & Stratton plant in Poplar Bluff. Ms. Deckard enjoyed her dogs, shopping, cooking and riding horses. She was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Deckard is survived by her daughters: Hailee Grantham and husband Hunter of Patton, Mo. and Holly Deckard and fiance Jordan McGee of Naylor, Mo.; parents: father; Wayman Calvin Baker and wife Kristi of Poplar Bluff and mother: Diana Kay (Batchelor) Baker, of Poplar Bluff: a sister: Ginger Baker Netherland and husband Art of Fairfield, N.C.; a brother: Shannon Baker and wife Kristie, who was a special sister-in-law to Tammie, of Poplar Bluff and a granddaughter; Ava Ann McGee.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 7 at Fowler and Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with Donnie Fowler officiating and Hailee Grantham speaking. Burial will be in Cochran Cemetery in Harviell.
