NEELYVILLE, Mo. -- Tammie Deckard, 52, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, at her home.
Visitation will be from 11-1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville with services at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cochran Cemetery near Harviell. Donnie Fowler will officiate.
