Shirley “Stone” Quintana, 85, of Elwood, Indiana passed away Sept. 27, 2022 at her residence.
She was born Nov. 2, 1936, at Rector, Arkansas to the late Toy Stone and Gladys “Howell” Stone.
On Sept. 12, 1980, at Noblesville she was married to, Bill Lacey. He preceded her in death on April 2, 2013.
She is survived by one sister, Sharon Stone-Jenkins; stepsons, Jerry Lacey and Scott Lacey, and a very special great-great-nephew, Jahmari as well as many other nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents as well as two sisters, Ann Taylor and Barbara Roger, and one brother, Odean Stone, and one stepson, Mark Lacey.
She retired from General Motors and was a member of the Moose Lodge and Naylor American Legion. She enjoyed embroidery, fishing, hunting and shopping at her favorite store, The Dollar Tree, as well as playing card and shooting pool.
Visitation for Shirley will be Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, starting at 11 a.m. with the funeral following at 1 p.m. all in the Fowler and Sons Funeral Home at Neelyville, Missouri. Burial will be in the Kinsey Cemetery near Harviell, Missouri.
