Robert Cline, 41, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 14 at the Probation Parole Community Supervision Center at 1441 Black River Industrial Park Rd. Cline was booked in on a Butler County warrant for first peace disturbance and harassment. Bond was set at $20,000 and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Joseph Sincup, 31, of Naylor, was booked at 9:26 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, on a Dexter municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense with a $80 cash only bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

An employee at Poplar Bluff Schools reported at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, a parent trespassed on a school bus when they entered the bus to get their child.

Hannah Wilson reported at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, someone broke into a building on her property in the 400 block of Marion Avenue and stole baby clothes.

Victoria Wilson, 28, of Poplar Bluff and Quincel McGuire, 25, of Poplar Bluff, were arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 14 during the investigation of shoplifting incidents at Ross Dress for Less and Walmart Neighborhood Market. Wilson was booked in on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and she was lodged in the Butler County jail. McGuire was booked in on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and stealing and he was lodged in the Butler County Jail.

William Wessels, 38, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested on South Broadway at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14. Wessels was booked in on a charge of driving while intoxicated - prior offender and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Amanda Tippen, 39, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 14 in the 400 block of Karen Drive. Tippen was booked in on a Butler County warrant for possession of a controlled substance with a bond of $35,000, and a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear on stealing with a cash only bond set at $500. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Bryant Jenkins reported at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, his wallet was stolen by a juvenile family member.

Xavier West reported at 7:18 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, a pistol was stolen from the console of his truck by two juvenile passengers. The suspects were later arrested and released to parents/guardians. The stolen firearm was not recovered.
