Scotty "Ducky" Frazier, Jr., 17, of Poplar Bluff, died Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at his residence.
Visitation will be held from 1 - 3 p.m., Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Moore Funeral Service in Poplar Bluff. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel.
Burial will take place in the Black Creek Cemetery.
