Sadie-Lynn Christine McCrory was born Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022, to her loving parents: JoAnna McCrory and John Pennington. She returned to the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022, at 25 days old.
Sadie-Lynn was lovingly referred to as “Mighty-Mouse,” as she was a fighter from day one. She enjoyed being read to. She is survived by her parents: JoAnna McCrory and John Pennington of Poplar Bluff; six siblings: Harlea, Emma, and Adalynn Brock, Kylie Coburn, and Aarron and Michael Pennington; grandparents: Tracy Austin Rea of Neosho, Missouri, Danny McCrory of Qulin, Missouri, and Bev Ward of Poplar Bluff; great-grandmother: Anita McCrory; great-great grandmother: Doris Ham of Qulin, and many aunts, uncles, and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by grandparents: Charles “Chuck” McElroy, Gene Pennington, and Sonny McCrory; great-grandparents: Michael and JoAlice Austin, Bud and Opal Austin, and Arvel and Lucy Pennington; and great-great-grandfather: Calvin Ham Sr. There will be a memorial service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin with Bro. Calvin Ham Jr. officiating.
